What is private health insurance?

Private health insurance offers you quick access to eligible health treatment for new medical conditions that arise after you join; from seeing a specialist for diagnosis to receiving the appropriate care during a stay in hospital.

You'll also be able to choose who you want to be seen by (upon GP referral) and which Spire Hospital you want to be treated at. So you'll have the flexibility to manage your health.

For policies purchased before 31 August 2018: contact April UK on 0203 819 7159 (Monday to Friday 8am-5pm excluding public holidays).

For policies purchased on or after 1 September 2018: contact AXA PPP Healthcare on 0800 056 4864 (Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm). We may record and/or monitor calls.
